We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priorities and we hope that you are happy with your purchases. However, if you have any problems with or change your mind about a purchase, the following policies apply:
DAMAGED OR INCOMPLETE ORDERS
We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any problems (e.g.: damage or incomplete orders) by calling our Customer Services team at 00441274 852066; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our returns and refunds policies are set out below. If you are a consumer who has purchased items online, please note that these policies are compliant with any rights you have to a refund under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and that all refunds will be processed in accordance with the Regulations (where applicable) and your other statutory rights. Further advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
With items purchased online, you may return your items for a refund of the purchase price and any shipping charges you paid (shipping charges refunded if the error is our fault)

Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Returns with an original receipt, order confirmation or delivery note will be refunded in the original form of payment. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day on which you informed us that you wish to return the item.
We cannot accept returns on items that have been used, personalised, special-order, custom-made items or items damaged through normal wear and tear.
All returns that are a due a refund will be for the goods only less any banking/paypal charges.
Carriage charges will not be credited.
If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer wishes to return the goods, a 30% re-stocking charge applies.
All exchanges & refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
If the item(s) you wish to return to us were shipped to you via our Home or business please call our Customer Service department at 00441274 852066 between 8:30 am to 5 pm Monday-Friday. You will be deemed to have given notice to us that you wish to return the item(s) on the date you call us.
Our Customer Service team will give you guidance about how to return the item(s) you have purchased. If the item(s) you are returning were delivered to you:
- you must return the item(s) to us as soon as reasonably practicable. We recommend returning your items via a method that can either be tracked or provide proof of delivery
- unless the item(s) are faulty or not as described you will be responsible for the cost of returning them to us or, where relevant, the cost of us collecting them from you.
- you have a legal obligation to keep the item(s) in your possession and to take reasonable care of them while they are in your possession.
